Abstract

The necessity of using organizational approach to the definition of the concept “business system” which can help to explain modern integration and disintegration processes of enterprise operation based on network interaction has been specified. In this context, the concepts "business system" and "business process" are clarified. It is substantiated that network platform-based business systems allow to minimize business processes cost at enterprises due to the access to resources and they are better than individual advantages of enterprises. The features of network platform-based business systems construction are found, namely: identification of initial clients, strength of network links, social capital, location and direction of the network initiator activity, the possibilities of network financing of participants.
