Abstract:

In the article the model of choice and management offers innovative strategies of industrial enterprise. It is shown that not always introduction of the newest hi-tech innovations can give a positive effect for an industrial enterprise. The effect of introduction can have a negative result: reductions of market stake, decline of level of profitability, by the loss of consumers and client base. It is shown that between technologies, that is used by an enterprise and by technologies uses that his suppliers and customers there is close connection. Research results show that modern technological changes touch the administrative vehicle of enterprise, sale, and marketing and of communication constituents of his activity exceptionally organizationally.
