Abstract: |
The article examines the current state of global e-commerce as a component of the digital economy and the prospects for its development over the next 3-5 years, as well as the market volume (including forecast) of e-commerce. The volume of online sales in the mobile commerce sector is analyzed and the factors contributing to its growth are considered. It is substantiated that the e-commerce industry has great prospects due to the increase in online sales and the number of buyers. The correlation between the volume of the e-commerce market and the size of the country's nominal GDP is analyzed, as well as an additional number of factors affecting e-commerce. The analysis revealed a high correlation coefficient, which indicates that economic growth directly contributes to both the development of e-commerce and improves the infrastructure conditions for the development of e-commerce. The importance of having a company website in desktop and mobile versions is substantiated. A recommendation is given for businesses to increase the amount of investment in their Internet presence on various online platforms. The impact of modern web technologies on the development of e-commerce is studied. The main trends in web development and web design are outlined. In particular, key web technology trends in the field of development are highlighted, which include the use of artificial intelligence and machine learning. It was found that the main trend in the use of artificial intelligence is various chatbots, which are used as assistants in various areas of e-commerce. Attention is also focused on key trends in the field of web design, which include site adaptability, optimization of work speed, the use of chatbots and AR/VR technologies, environmental friendliness and inclusivity. It is proven that modern trends in web development and web design are aimed at creating visually attractive, intuitive and technological sites. Recommendations are given for effective representation of business online using sites. |
