Author Agreement

The Author Agreement must be submitted alongside the manuscript.

By signing this document, the authors confirm the authenticity of the submitted material and certify that it has not been published previously and is not currently under consideration by any other journal.

With this agreement, the authors grant the Editorial Board of the scientific journal «Socio-Economic Problems and the State» a perpetual right to:

• publish the article in Ukrainian (or English) and distribute its printed version;
• translate the article into English (for articles submitted in Ukrainian) and distribute the printed version of the translation;
• distribute the electronic version of the article, as well as the electronic version of the English translation (for articles submitted in Ukrainian), through any electronic means (including the Journal’s official website, electronic databases, repositories, etc.).

The Editorial Board grants authors the right to distribute reprints and the electronic version of the article (including the final version downloaded from the Journal’s website) through the following electronic platforms:

• personal websites, web pages, or blogs of all the article’s authors;
• websites and institutional repositories of the organizations where the authors are employed;
• any non-commercial open-access web resources (e.g., www.doaj.org).

In all cases, a proper bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the Journal’s website is mandatory.

Furthermore, authors may use the materials of the article for:

• the preparation of their own dissertations;
• the preparation of reports and abstracts for scientific conferences;
• the development of their own textbooks, other educational and methodological materials, lectures, and any other instructional activities.

The Author Agreement may be sent to the Editorial Board via postal mail, or a scanned copy/photo may be uploaded during the submission process.
