Abstract:



The content and peculiarities of the process of the agricultural formations’ (agroformations) organizational behavior management are specified in the article. It is stated that research of behavioral aspects of the activity of workers and groups and their consideration in the process of managing agroformations in order to develop the most optimal behavioral model for their effective functioning is timely and important. It is indicated that effective management of production and economic activities of any economic entity largely depends on the ability of its head to ensure the organization of the subordinates’ successful work through forming effective behavioral patterns. The survey of a group of managers and specialists of the Kherson region’s agroformations, aimed at determination of the significance of labor values for different types of motivation, has been conducted in 2018. Research results testify that an important role belongs to monetary motivation, but self-realization motives become more important as means for satisfying a need of a higher level. The practical significance of the study is based on the fact that the heads of agroformations (at all levels of management) need to have the knowledge of the fundamentals of organizational behavior with the aim of timely and competent coordination of the subordinates’ behavior during the managerial process. The essence of the process of managing the agroformations’ personnel behavior is determined. Its main tendencies are revealed and the behavioral actions of managers as well as relations in the organizations are considered. Recommendations for the creation of an effective system of the agroformations’ organizational behavior management are provided.
