Abstract: |
The essence, purpose and key tasks of introducing innovations into the operational processes of an enterprise are studied in the article, emphasizing their importance for meeting the basic requirements and needs of end consumers. The main approaches to the phases of introducing innovations into the operational activities of the enterprise are considered, their diversity and importance in the context of forming a systematic implementation of innovative ideas are noted. A mechanism for introducing an innovative product into the operational activities of the enterprise is proposed. It is implemented through the following phases: formulation of the innovative product idea; development of the innovative product concept; research and development; preparation for production; launch of an innovative product; assessment of the launching results and adjustment. The specified sequence makes it possible to clearly and effectively ensure the implementation of innovative ideas, realization of the innovation cycle and stimulate the development of innovative products in the operational activities of the enterprise. The features of each of the phases are determined, the main tasks that are set for the enterprise personnel for their successful completion, and the responsible persons involved in each of them are indicated. Key barriers that prevent the successful implementation of an innovative product into the operational processes of the enterprise are identified, and measures are proposed to eliminate their negative impact: creating favorable conditions for the development of human resources, forming a high-quality system of employee motivation, introducing systematicity into the planning of innovative changes, attracting investors, grants, state support programs, etc. The need to develop systematicity in approaches to solving key problems of implementing innovative products into the operational processes of the enterprise is emphasized. |
