Abstract:



RFID technology is considered in the article because it’s perspective for speeding up and cheapening of business processes in industry. RFID should replace bar coding, which has been in use for 30 years and provides tools that do not fully realize the power and functionality of modern information technologies. From the category of experimental and innovative RFID should turn into the daily tools of information support of industrial enterprises. The introduction of RFID into the circuits "Product Data Management", "Inventory and Warehouse Management" of the "1C: Production Enterprise Management 8" software is proposed by the author to solve the problem stated above.  It is determined that RFID technology is already in high demand in the world to improve logistic processes. It is worth taking this experience for Ukrainian enterprises and developing research on the integration of RFID in the information supply of technological processes of manufacturing. It is offered that RFID-tags with an identification number should be assigned to each product at the first stage of production as each machine on which the product is processed according to the technological map of production, will add data on the operation with a mark of successful or unsuccessful processing. In case of latter situation data about equipment failure and operation will be generated into summary information. It is stressed that checking the compliance of products with accounting documents can be carried out directly at the time of its transfer to the warehouse, which will significantly increase the efficiency of the process of correcting errors of shortage and re-sorting.

The issues of privacy, details of which may become known to third parties due to the availability of radio frequency readings, are identified as still unresolved.
