Abstract: 


The conducted analysis of the state of the domestic scientific and technical sphere shows that the effective functioning of economic systems of leading countries is largely determined by the development of innovative entrepreneurship, which ensures sustainable economic growth. The role of innovative entrepreneurship in the modern economic system is determined; the socio-economic content of innovations in the context of the formation of a strategy for the sustainable development of knowledge-intensive entrepreneurship. The basis of the study was the theoretical developments and conclusions of foreign and domestic researchers on the problems of the formation and development of the system of innovative entrepreneurship, in particular the creation and further development of regional information and consulting centers. The aim of the study was to develop theoretical and methodological foundations for ensuring the effectiveness of innovative entrepreneurship based on identifying and using its key success factors, which we include: innovative activity, growth of knowledge intensity, development of information and consulting support, the level of flexibility of the state regulation system, improvement of the management system of intellectual capital and innovative potential of entrepreneurial structures. The subject of the study is the introduction of organizational and economic implementation into management, substantiating the process of decomposition of the conceptual model of functioning of these systems based on the formation of the economic and organizational mechanism of innovation systems. The study examines the place, role and functions of innovative entrepreneurship in the modern economic system. The socio-economic content of innovations in the context of the formation of a strategy for the sustainable development of knowledge-intensive entrepreneurship is substantiated. The analysis of methods and instruments for regulating and developing the system of innovative entrepreneurship is conducted. The significance of innovative potential in the system of development of knowledge-intensive entrepreneurship in the context of risk-forming factors is determined. It is recommended to promote innovative developments with the help of additional information and consulting services. On the basis of the research carried out, the corresponding conclusions and propositions have been established.
