Abstract: |
The article examines the transformation of management paradigms in Ukrainian companies under conditions of socio-cultural globalization, digitalization, and increasing uncertainty in the business environment. It is substantiated that modern globalization processes significantly affect management systems, necessitating a shift from traditional hierarchical models to flexible, adaptive, and human-centered approaches. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for theoretical understanding of new management paradigms and the development of practical recommendations for their implementation in Ukrainian companies. The paper analyzes contemporary scientific approaches to the transformation of management under the influence of socio-cultural globalization, digital transformation, and interdisciplinary changes. It is established that modern management concepts are focused on the integration of innovation, the development of human capital, the digitalization of management processes, and the formation of adaptive organizational structures. The study defines the essence of a management paradigm as a system of fundamental ideas, values, and models that shape managerial activity. The evolution of management approaches from classical theories to modern concepts, including transformational, human-centered, agile, and digital management, is explored. It is substantiated that socio-cultural globalization acts as a key driver of management transformation, influencing corporate culture, employee behavior, and leadership models. The main challenges and opportunities for Ukrainian companies in the context of globalization are identified, including the need to integrate global values with national characteristics, develop intercultural communication, implement innovative technologies, and enhance competitiveness. The key components of new management paradigms are outlined, namely human-centeredness, flexibility, innovativeness, digitalization, integrativeness, social responsibility, and cross-cultural orientation. Practical directions for implementing new management paradigms in Ukrainian companies are proposed, including the digitalization of management, the use of Agile approaches, the development of HR analytics, the integration of sustainable development principles, and the transition to hybrid management models. |
